Return & Refund Policy
All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact us at info@otn.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and arrange the return shipment on your behalf.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Items must not show signs of installation, physical damage, or modification.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or integrated into an existing system
- Special-order or custom-configured equipment
- Software licenses, subscriptions, or downloadable content
- Items purchased under a specific contract line that designates final sale
Shipping
- OTN will arrange the return shipment on your behalf and provide all necessary shipping documentation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately.
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
- OTN is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if returned without an approved RMA.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit on account, depending on how the purchase was made.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with missing components or in less-than-original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Contract Purchases
- Returns on orders placed under the Integrated Smart Classroom Contract are subject to the terms of that contract in addition to this policy. Contact your account representative if you have questions about contract-specific return terms.
